[ATTN: Git maintainer] Is there a reason Git package depends on cvs/cvsps ?

And same for Subversion... But it doesn't depend on Subversion package...
Illogical, isn't it?
In short, I have native windows CVS, and I need to use it over Cygwin one.
Same for Subversion. For various reasons.
The only reason I'm using Cygwin Git is that windows Git package comes with
alot of... [what I already have in Cygwin], and I definitely don't need a host
of headache to bloom in my system.
