TexLive's ConTeXt runtime error..

Ken,
  your suggestion to put the TeXLive bin dir as the first entry of
PATH enabled TeXLive/ConTex.
Great.  I sincerely appreciate you assistance.

Now I will try to ferret out the problem and report on it when I find it.
