textlive 2012: missing biber dependencies

Hi,

freshly updated cygwin with texlive installed. I can't even run "biber 
--help". This is the output:

$ biber --help
Can't locate PAR.pm in @INC (@INC contains: 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.14/i686-cygwin /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.14 
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.14/i686-cygwin

/usr/lib/perl5/5.14 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10

I don't think there is a cygwin package for PAR.pm yet.
