[ANNOUNCEMENT] New package: tdb-1.2.9-1

The following packages have been added to the Cygwin distribution:

*** tdb-1.2.9-1
*** libtdb1-1.2.9-1
*** libtdb-devel-1.2.9-1
*** python-tdb-1.2.9-1

TDB is a Trivial Database. In concept, it is very much like GDBM, and 
BSD's DB except that it allows multiple simultaneous writers and uses 
locking internally to keep writers from trampling on each other.

This package has been added as a new dependency of libcanberra.
