A "win32 error 487" in cygwin

 the output of this command is: 
 a little window show up and say  "perl.exe have stopped work" , besides, the cygwin window show "perl 3872 fork_copy: linked dll data/bss pass 0 failed, 0x2c2000..0x2c2370, done 0, windows pid 604, win32 error 487".
 
 Please, how can i correct this errors? Thanks in advance.
