fork: Resource temporarily unavailable: address space is already occupied

After rebaseall and peflagsall, I will get the following errors while running
"make -j ...."

*** snip snip snip *****
abnormal program termination
C:\TEMP\ fork failed: no child processes [1]
*** snip snip snip *****

Any other hints?
