Request: LFTP Update to 4.2.2

I'm still getting the error and I've attached my cygcheck.out.  I've
tried uninstalling my anti-virus software and that didn't help either.
 I'm at a loss as to what else to check.  Everything else Cygwin
related seems to be working OK.
