the solution is this one:
Preferred POSIX equivalent is:
/cygdrive/e/backups/Server/files/
as example I backup my data on c:\MieiDocumenti
with
cd /cygdrive/c/
rsync -ptvrW MieiDocumenti /cygdrive/f/backup
