Installation with setup.exe failed on Win7 Pro 32bit

Hi,

While installing the default installation on my Windows 7 Pro 32bit
notebook, i get lots of XYZ.exe.stackdump in C:\Cygwin with the content of:

Some examples of others are chgrp, chmod, echo, ln, etc all with a similar
content.

The setup itself then fails with:

I have disabled DEP and Virusscanner, but which no effect.

Let me know, if you need more information.

Any hints? Please help. cygwin is a must have for me...
