rebaseall error with Tk.dll / cssh error in cygwin 1.7

The "-T" option takes a file list containing extra files (e.g., DLLs) to
rebase -- not an extra file to rebase.  See the README for more details:

    /usr/share/doc/Cygwin/rebase-3.0.1.README
