STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Whenever cygwin hasn't been running for awhile, launching it yields a
lot of STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION in bash.exe
$ cat bash.exe.stackdump

Result of cygcheck -s attached.
Simple commands work, but trying to move the production server backup
script into production didn't.
