bltty-4.1-1, w32api-3.14-1 and task-1.8.4-1 not installable by setup

Hi

The following packages show up each time when downloading with setup
but do NOT show up in the install dialog:

 bltty-4.1-1 and it's siblings
 w32api-3.14-1
 task-1.8.4-1
  

Anybody seeing this ?
