Autoconf 2.1 / 2.5

Autoconf is listed twice in the list of installable packages from
cygwin, and described thusly:

autoconf2.1 - Stable version, latest = 2.13-10
autoconf2.5 - Development version, latest =2.65-1

Think it's about time that these are labeled differently?  2.65 is
hardly a development version, and it's not "2.5" anymore.
