Cygwin1.dll 1.7.1 causes ActivePerl 5.10 hang on gzip pipe close on Windows Server 2003

I just tried Cygwin 1.7.2 on a 64-bit Window 7 installation using
ActivePerl 5.10 Build 1007. Like you I do not see a problem on Windows
7. So this issue seem to be confined to 64-bit Windows Server 2003.
