how to create a wrapper chmod.exe for cygwin 1.7

How about creating a bash alias which uses "cygpath -ua" to do the conversion
of the parameter?  If you need to be able to handle multiple files, you could
turn the simple alias into a function the loops through all the parameters,
for example.
