scp without password not working.

Hello,

I am running cygwin 1.7x under Win2k3 standard edition. Ssh from the windows host to the linux host without password works but when I attempt to scp from the linux host to the windows host it prompts for a password.

I've exchanged authentication keys.

As an example, administrator@server1$ ~ ssh root@server2  - works without asking for a password.

Administrator@server1$ ~ scp root@server2:/somedirectory/* .  - asks for a password.
