default terminal (was: Re: "can't create master tty" errors)

Well I guess it's time to trade my two-button mouse in for a new one. :-)

That's what I thought the "right-click action to paste" option on the Mouse 
page was for. When I tried it, I must have thought I set the option but 
hadn't. So when I tried to insert with a right click and the menu popped up, I 
thought it didn't work.  Being more careful, I've verified that it, indeed, 
does works! Thanks!

May I express my sincere appreciation and a big THANK YOU to Andy and everyone 
else involved for your hard work and dedication in providing mintty.
