Want to find the rsync server which has the fastest transfer speed for me.

Hi all,

I know the following cygwin rsync servers which can be used from my
location:

rsync://ftp.kaist.ac.kr/cygwin/
rsync://mirror.averse.net/cygwin/
rsync://gd.tuwien.ac.at/gnu/cygwin/
rsync://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/sources.redhat.com/cygwin/
rsync://ftp.inf.tu-dresden.de/cygwin/
rsync://ftp.esat.net/mirrors/sources.redhat.com/pub/cygwin/
rsync://ftp.linux.kiev.ua/pub/cygwin/
rsync://rsync.osuosl.org/cygwin/
rsync://mirrors.kernel.org/sourceware/cygwin/
rsync://mirrors.xmission.com/cygwin/

I want to pick the one with fastest transfer speed from this
list without trying one-by-one.  What code should I use for this
purpose?
