Hi,

I'm running cygwin 1.7.7 and noticed that cygserver doesn't shut down
when it encounters an error. For example:

$ ./cygserver.exe -d -e
cygserver: /ext/build/netrel/src/cygwin-1.7.7-1/winsup/cygserver/bsd_mutex.cc,
line 293: Try allocating msgmni (40) + s mmni (10) msleep records

It hangs until I press Ctrl-C; then it quits as it should have done.
