Where's ash.exe in 1.7.0?! (trying to rebase 1.7.0 in Win7)

If not, then it's either a bug in setup.exe or you didn't get a complete
installation.  That's because the dash package, which provides ash.exe, is
part of the Base set of packages which get installed by default on cygwin 1.7.
