nsupdate seems to not work in cygwin1.7

Hi I'm trying to use nsupdate in cygwin1.7 but it just dies without any output or error.
Tested in XP and windows 7 with the same result.
Attached is cygcheck -svr and cygcheck nsupdate(nsu.txt).
