mintty 0.5-beta2

Just a quick note to say that mintty 0.5-beta2 is available for
testing from http://mintty.googlecode.com. There are separate versions
for Cygwin 1.5 and 1.7, whereby only the 1.7 version takes full
advantage of 1.7's locale and charset support.
