Depends on what you're trying to do. This is an example of me launching
'ALZip' from 'bash':

#echo $PATH
Files/Intel/DMIX:/Program Files/ESTsoft/ALZip/:/Program Files/ATI
Technologies/ATI.ACE/:/Program Files/Microsoft SQL

#ls /Program\ Files/ESTsoft/ALZip/
ALBanner.dll AZCTM.dll Language/ unacev2.dll
ALTip.dll AZCTM64.dll Newzip.dat unins000.dat
ALTip.ini AZMain.dll alupdate.exe unins000.exe
ALZEXE.DAT Az7z.dll alupopt.dll unrar4.dll
ALZip.exe AzCDImage.dll alzip.chm
ALZipIcon.dll CrashRpt_D.dll readme.txt
