Most possible... but beyond my control.

My last install log (on cygwin 1.7) says:

Right now, the problem is far less frequent than it used to be.
In fact, the only thing I have met is 'vfork unavailable' at startup, or
processes from emacs, i.e. not anymore while debugging perl.
