Can't tell you anything about it, but I just saw this myself yesterday. It
happened using 1.5, when I was doing a fresh install that stalled part way
through and wasn't able to download all the packages I had selected.

At least part of this (the gcc part) is a known-and-harmless bug in setup.
I'm not sure whether the others are the same.
