On the local disk, C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\workspace\nitams\x.txt

In wordpad I choose save and I get access denied.

In nano I choose save and it saves.

In explorer I can rename it
In bash I can rename it

This happened recently after a reboot and ms updates...

This file was created by subversion under Cygwin 1.7
