Update request: cygwin binutils package due to an available patch

Hello,

due to a bug I reported recently 
(http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=9909) a patch is available.

Could anyone please provide an update for cygwin-binutils? I woule 
appreciate it very much.
