how big is a complete cygwin?

I guess the answer depends a bit on cluster size but discounting /home/ 
and /usr/local/ (you will need to make your own allowances) I get
Cygwin [1.5] = 4560M
Cygwin [1.7] = 4714M
so neither fits on a 4G stick any more.
