[ANNOUNCEMENT] [1.7] Updated: curl-7.19.4-1 (SECURITY)

I have updated curl to 7.19.4 for Cygwin 1.7.  In addition to taking 
advantage of the new capabilities of 1.7 (including IPv6), this update 
includes a fix for CVE-2009-0037.

This release requires libssh2 1.0, which has been updated simultaneously.
