mingw headers and libraries missing

I know I'm going off-topic here, but I believe you mentioned before,
mingw-runtime and w32api will have to move locations.  I'd be more
than happy to accomodate (I'm really looking forward to a true mingw
cross-compiler, in case you didn't notice! ;) )
