Readline not working anymore in interactive interpreters

Nothing out of the ordinary jumped out at me.  But you might want to try
cygwin 1.7, and see if that changes anything.

I'm not going to bother, since it's not part of the cygwin distro.  But I
would be interested in seeing the output of 'cygcheck Q.exe' (or whatever
the executable is named).  Maybe its linked against an older version of
libreadline (and I noticed you don't have the older libreadline4 or
libreadline5 installed).  Also, double check that your ~/.inputrc hasn't
changed.
