problem - installing in 64 bit os

i installed cygwin-2.249.2.5 in 32 bit os..it installed correctly.
but trying to install in
           64 bit os 
           quad processor 
           64gb ram

it is giving the following error
    C:\cygwin\bin\bash.exe: *** fork: can't reserve memory for stack
