Wrong package LAPACK-3.0.6

Upgrading to lapack-3.0-6 breaks the lapack library!

The tar-ball lapack-3.0-6.tar.bz2 contains OO.NN.LL.YY sources NO
binaries (indeed my CERNLIB links to lapack are broken)!
