R: Manually installing a packages not in the cygwin repositories

Marco,
thank you very much for your reply, I have followed your instructions
but I not see the package, I see files:

If I download locally other packages from default repositories I see
packages listed correctly, only in this case I don't see the package but
that strange entries :-?
If this is not possible, I continue to use it from the /foo/usr/bin
path, no problem :-)
