Cygwin setup 2.573.2.3 hangs on Windows Server 2008 x64

Hi all,

the installation of the current Cygwin version hangs on my Windows Server 2008 
x64 machine during /etc/postinstall/update-info-dir.sh . Stack trace of the 
hanging bash subprocess:

Can anyone reproduce this problem?
