Random offset failures on Vista

Hi all,

Attach is a random failure I am getting with cygwin 1.7 on Windows
Vista Ultimate SP1. Note that the distance between expected and the
real address is not 0x10000 which seems to be assumed by rebaseall
script. Also note that I did run rebaseall from ash before running
zsh.

And whats worse after 3rd try zsh was running fine. Please see the
attached screenshot for details. Any help is appreciated.
