cvs client is too verbose since update to 1.11.22.1 (or earlier?) version

I see the same thing since I upgraded my Cygwin installation yesterday.
What's interesting is that cvs was not one of the (numerous) things I
upgraded. I've been using cvs-1.11.22-1 since at least 2007-11-27 and
never got any "No such file or directory" message before.
