Cygwin setup: DL rate should show as kB/s not kb/s ?

Ohhh, oh oh oh, ok. Yeah, then I suppose kB/s is the correct way to go, if
my SI serves me right (and please, no "kibbis", lordy).
My point stands though: it would be a useful addition to have this
user-selectable, as in some other file transfer programs. But my
counterpoint also stands: no options dialog.
