IMSL and cygwin

By now, you're probably ruing your request for advice. However:

Try R, instead: http://R-Project.org .

If you do try it, you'll wonder how you ever put up with Forebodingtran ;-)

However, YMMV.

IMSL? It Makes Statisticians Loony? ;-)
