I get the same thing. Nothing in my Cygwin installation works. Every command
results in a fork error similar to:
73 [main] bash 3236 child_copy: stack write copy failed, 0x22C3B0..0x230000
, done 1628, windows pid 2278084, Win32 error 998
2701 [main] bash 3236 fork: child 2040 - pid 2040, exitval 0x1, errno 11
bash: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable
