Apologies for the delayed reply; I was on vacation.

Hmm - it worked for me.  But I have a lot of non-default packages
installed, so I am guessing that it is just a matter of a missing
dependency for setup.exe to pull in all the needed prerequisites.  I'll
try and figure out which package I was missing.
