[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: neon-0.26.3-1 (and new libneon26)

Neon has been updated in the Cygwin net distribution to version 0.26.3-1.

Neon is an HTTP and WebDAV client library, with a C interface.
It is used by subversion and cadaver.

This is the first Cygwin packaging of the 0.26.x Neon release series,
bringing with it a new DLL package libneon26.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
