GMP-4.2, MPFR-2.2, was Re: Problems with GMP in latest Cygwin

1. The newes gnu mp (gmp) sources are at:
     http://swox.com/gmp/


2.) To built it as a dll with cygwin you must use the following
conffigure options.

	./configure --disable-static --enable-shared  CPPFLAGS="-DDLL_EXPORT"
	make
	make check
	# All tests passed

	make install
