CreateFileMapping problem again

I saw this thread ending in August, but there was no happy ending. I
have newer version and see this problems practically every few seconds
during compilation, even during ssh login:

My CYGWIN was downloaded at the end of October, and I have installed it
simultaneously on 2 virtual machines (XP pro and XP 64) - fresh installs
on AMD64x2 running VMserver. I also saw this on another installation of
cygwin downloaded about two weeks earlier on XPpro running on Intel 2GHz
P4 (it does not seem to happen anymore, details below)

32 bit windows behaves ok, 64-bit has the FileMapping problem very
intense - during make process it happens every few seconds, sometimes
even ssh login starts with this message. The errors are on the console,
as well as on ssh login.

Another problem is in sshd - it behaves erratically on both machines.
sometimes it accepts passwordless login (rca) sometimes not, sometimes
it opens X tunnel, but most often not. Actually the tunnel was opened
several times consistently, but only for Administrator login, but now it
stopped doing it. I'm positive I did not tinker with the setup. I guess
it might be caused by the same CreateFileMapping issue as once I had
this error reported from X security token creation upon login. On both
machines it is sshd as a service - inetd did not respond to service
requests, so I uninstalled it.
