[1.3.22] "bash: /dev/null: No such file or directory": Cygwin error on Windowx Xp Embedded

I installed the TinyOS package, that include the Cygwin 1.3.22, on a
machine:

Matrox 4Sight M Unit
Intel Pentium M 1.6GHz with 248MB di RAM
Microsoft Windows XP Embedded Version 2002 SP2

and when I open the Cygwin shell I receive this message:

        bash: /dev/null: No such file or directory
        bash: /dev/null: No such file or directory

        Administrator at SYSTEM-UPDDNKGH ~
        $


What's wrong? Is the Xp Embedded supported? I attach the cygcheck result.
