pstree -a gives SEGV

For some reason it doesn't happen on my machine, but that doesn't
invalidate your patch.  However, while testing this, I found that pstree
crashes for me all the time (no matter if and what option is used) when
running under a non-privileged account.  This is due to some unfortunate
behaviour of the Cygwin DLL in case of reading /proc virtual files from
non-privileged accounts.  I'm not going to change that for now.
instead I created a new version of pstree with another Cygwin specific
patch.  Yours will also be included.
