run.1.1.10-1 fails in W98 with cygwin 1.5.23

Hi,

I am using   cygwin-1.5.23 in a W98 box. It works fine.
I have only found that "run.1.1.10-1" does not hide the Windows
console window as it should.
run.1.1.9 is OK
