Cygwin and Windows Vista support

Hi,

We are experiencing problems in using Cygwin on Windows Vista.  I wanted to know if Cygwin support for Vista is being worked on and if there is a beta client available for use.  It seems like process spawning from Cygwin inside Vista does not work.
