Why is $DISPLAY wrong?

Ah, but on further investigation, I see that it doesn't come from those, 
it came from qt3-x11, which I don't remember installing. So it isn't a 
Cygwin package that's to blame, and IIRC none of this is supported any 
more anyway. :-)
