setsid() does not call FreeConsole() even if all files are closed

No, you're right.  I must have been hallucinating because I can't duplicate
the result that I thought I saw previously.  Reading the rest of the strace
was instructive and I see what the problem is now.

I hope to produce a fix soon.  Sorry for the misinformation.
